We were enjoying the beautiful Chicago River Walk and came across this place so we decided to try it for lunch. Service was excellent, very friendly and welcoming staff. Shout out to our cashier, Ricardo who was very helpful with the menu. They have inside and outside seating with a nice view of the water. We tried 'The Chicago Burger with Giardiniera, Boursin, Lemon Aioli & Grilled Onions' and also their 'CBC Smash with House Aioli' burger. They both tasted amazing! We also got a side of 'Sweet Potato Tots' to go with it, the basket is plenty for 2 to share. Overall, we had a great lunch experience here and will definitely return while in town.
I get a birthday burger every year and today I had a burger from Chicago Burger company inside of the Grand Sheraton on Waters street in downtown Chicago. Up until today I have never felt compelled to write a review for a burger until now. I got the Chicago Burger with garlic aioli. Game changing! It was perfectly seasoned and cooked. Just the right balance of neat and sloppy. The meat was tender, tender? Yes tender! And the customer service was very helpful! Shout out to the chef I will be back soon. Like maybe tonight.
As a vegetarian, I love the Impossible Burger with mushrooms, jalapenos, and vegan cheese. While the price is high, the burger, with its potato bun, is delicious and filling, particularly when ordered with two patties. The clean, well-maintained locale overlooking the tree-lined river is pleasant, and the staff is warm and welcoming, making for a enjoyable fast-casual dining experience. Last, but not least, having eaten the same burger several days in a row while in town on business, I can attest to the consistency, which is excellent.
Second time visiting this place. It didn't disappoint. My family ordered Chicago Style Hot Dogs. Great spot on the Riverwalk to sit and eat while enjoying the Riverwalk.
CBC offers great smash burgers that are absolutely huge. I've eaten here a few times and will certainly be back. I do wish the prices included fries, because more than 20 for a burger with fries is a bit steep for a casual restaurant. Also, the Sheraton destination fee gives a 25 credit to CBC. They should have something like "the Sheraton special" that is a burger, fries, and shake for exactly 25.
This restaurant is located on the river walk in the base of the Sheraton. What fabulous food! Our party of six had only praise for every entree we tried. I had the gluten free bun with my burger, but it fell apart as I ate it. I finally gave up and used a fork and knife to eat my fabulous tasting burger. My friend had the sweet potato tots - so fresh tasting and a yummy alternative to regular fries. (But the regular fries are super good!) If you love a good burger and fries, you need to give this place a try!
This place was great! It's right on the Riverwalk so the view is spectacular. I ate there twice and both times I ordered the Chicago hotdogs. The food was really good along with the service.
The burgers are really good but pretty expensive for what you get. 15 dollars for a kids hotdog seems a little high to me. The best thing about the place is being able to sit by the River. Beautiful views and the weather is nice this time of the year.
